What sets us apart from other pig and chicken roast caterers? Our open grill concept allows your guests to watch the pig or rotisserie chickens openly spin over hot coals for hours during your event. We offer a variety of options, full service, semi-service, and even do-it-yourself. Please inquire about goat, lamb, or turkeys. While we specialize in rotisserie chickens and pig roasts; if there is anything you would like that you don’t see please inquire, we would be more than happy to accommodate your needs.
