Arena Cheese, one of Wisconsin’s oldest cheese plants, is located in the Wisconsin River Valley within the lush, green, rolling hills of the Spring Green area, made famous by Frank Lloyd Wright as well as Arena’s authentic Colby-Jack cheese. With a long-standing reputation for this “Wisconsin Original” created in 1979. Arena’s cheesemakers have crafted Colby-Jack in the same location with the same recipe and cheesemaking techniques since its discovery more than three decades ago.
